All cats must be de-sexed and must have been administered a F3, F4 or F5 vaccination within the last 12 months prior to boarding. Documentation of vaccination must be sighted on the day of check in or emailed prior to check in. In accordance with our high standard of service & to protect our resort guests, admission will be refused if these requirements are not met. We do not accept Biennial or triennial vaccinations. Vaccinations must be administered in Australia by an Australian licensed veterinarian.

Please also apply a topical flea treatment on or 24hours before check in, alternatively we are happy to apply the topical flea treatment for you for a small fee of $25.

By clicking you agree to the Terms and Conditions and by pressing submit button, you are committing to the above details and you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. You will then be taken to an online booking page where you will be required to leave a booking fee which will be calculated on the equivalent value of one nights accommodation. You will receive an automated pending email prior to leaving the booking fee and a confirmation email once the booking fee has been received. These emails may be sent to your junk folder, please check all folders to confirm your booking has been received. Please email us enquiries@divinecreatures.com.au if you have not received these emails.

In order not to disadvantage our other guests, the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
